VECTOR SYNTHESIS is a media-archaeological investigation into obsolete computer visualizations, using sound synthesis and vector graphics display techniques to investigate the direct relationship between sound+image. Driven by audio waveforms, the vertical and horizontal movements of a single beam of light trace shapes, points and curves with near-infinite resolution.<\/p>\n
